sa class action law suit was filed in Texas, charging the Ciba Geigy Corporation, U.S.A., Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation,  Children and Adults With Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), and the American  Psychiatric Association with fraud and conspiracy to promote the diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder within the context of a successful effort to increase sales of the product Ritalin.
