We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on Saturdays, as needed. 

Our treatment fees range from $80-$155.00 for biofeedback/neurofeedback sessions and $600 to $1600 for the QEEG Topographic Brain Map, depending on the insurance plan and payment plan chosen. We also offer significantly reduced fees for pre-paid 10 and 20 session treatment packages. A computerized QEEG brain map followed by 2-3 sessions per week is a common treatment regimen for a patient suffering from severe stress, chronic pain, spasm, head trauma and/or additional injuries sustained in a motor vehicle, slip-and-fall or other accident. Our services are routinely covered by PIP/auto insurance, slip-and-fall/homeowner's insurance, Worker's Compensation carriers and most major medical insurance plans.

Cognitive Skills Training (CPT Code 97532): $40.00 per 15 minute Unit. 2. Prepayment Discount Plan for QEEG Brain Map and 10 Sessions: QEEG Topographic Bain Map: $800.l00 10 Biofeedback Sessions @ $120.00 = $1,200.00 Total Prepayment: $2,000.00 (Save $1,150.00) 3. Prepayment Discount Plan for QEEG Brain Map and 20 Sessions: QEEG Topopgraphic Brain Map: $600.00 20 Biofeedback Sessions @ $100.00 = $2,000.00 Total Prepayment: $2,600.00 (Save $2,100.00) Please Note: We always do a complete pre-determination of your insurance coverage, so that you know up front precisely what your insurance company will pay. We then use our computerized insurance billing system to relieve you of the burden of billing your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. We send in bills every week and also track your claim so that you receive insurance reimbursement on a regular basis throughout your treatment program according to the terms of your policy. We also bill your insurance for any sessions you might choose to have with our new medical director, James F. Claire, D.O., who specializes in Osteopathic Manipulation, Homeopathic Medicine & Nutritional & Lifestyle Counseling. Office visits with him are routinely covered, although supplements and homeopathic remedies are generally not covered. We have day, evening and Saturday appointments.
